Who We Are   Clarke T. Goset is a licensed, certified General Real Property Appraiser for all types of real estate. Clarke is: Certified as expert Real Estate Valuation witness in county, state, federal court testimony. Approved as Real Estate Instructor by Minnesota Department of Commerce. Endorsed and in compliance with uniformed Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and all governmental and Appraisal Foundation Standards. Clarke graduated from the University of Hawaii’s School of Business in 1971. He worked as a Realtor in the Twin Cities metro area for a number of years before becoming an independent Real Estate Appraiser in the Twin City Metropolitan area in 1982. Clarke has done over 10,000 appraisals.

Kimberly A. Fisher is a licensed and registered Real Property Appraiser. After earning a B.A. in Business at Anderson University, she went on to get her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Land Use Management, with an emphasis on Geographic Information Systems (GIS).   Kim has appraised hundreds of commercial and residential properties, and is eager to help.
